acceptable, but some issues
hard bed weak pressure
the rooms were tidy enough.
I found the bed quite hard. the mattress felt old and uncomfortable. also, the shower lacked pressure. It made washing properly difficult.

excellent hotel stay
quiet room added benefit sufficient options
the location suited my needs well staff members displayed excellent hospitality i was offered a quieter room upon mentioning a running event i found this gesture quite thoughtful the breakfast included was adequate and provided sufficient options for a quick meal the availability of free coffee tea and juice throughout the day was an added benefit i used these options often.
i noticed that the room lacked a wardrobe this made it slightly inconvenient to store my clothes properly some maintenance is needed.

staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay offering assistance when needed they were particularly accommodating when i requested a quieter room ensuring my comfort the check in and check out processes were quick and efficient adding to a seamless experience

the staff was friendly. my room was clean. breakfast included standard items like bacon, sausages, eggs and baked beans. it was close to bus and train connections.
the bedroom and bathroom could have been bigger. i experienced weak water pressure in the shower. the air conditioner unit made loud noises when it started..

the location was good for my needs and the price was very good too. the room worked for what i needed and there was a nice breakfast available.

breakfast variety improper cleaning
i was frustrated that breakfast lacked variety it had only eggs hashbrowns beans bacon and sausages. there were also only basic things to spread on bread like peanut butter and jelly available. rooms have not been cleaned properly one day cleaning service swept the dirt from our room to the bathroom. i didn't get toilet paper changed every day and i had to ask myself.
